Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
ACD Misdemeanor
I got an ACD for posession of marijuana & paraphenelia, and I was wondering if it will remain on my record after the year time span is up. The thing that I am also wondering is if it will affect anything when I get pulled over in the future. Will the cops be knowledgeable of the previous arrest & therefore be more likely to search me? If so please let me know, i'll gladly hire a lawyer to get this off my record, thanks!
