Does an ACD appear on our record , as the ACD is still standing I mean, when we get a background check for a job? Please let me know ASAP THANKS!

According to law, an ACD or ACOD if you live on Long Island is the equivilant of a dismissal. One who has taken an ACD may claim he has never been convicted of any crime or violation and that his arrest was voided.
