acod
does the acod interfere with the ins law and prevent some body from getting his papers the duration of the acod is six month and there is no fine no community service what so ever. the charge is endangering the welfare of the minor

Probably. The case is not technically dismissed until the 6 months have passed. Hence the open case may mess with Immigration's decision.
