An ACOD stands for Adjournment in contemplation of dismissal. If another country grants a visa or allows you to enter that country while the original charge is still pending, then you can travel anywhere you want. The only restriction on you is not getting into trouble. Any contact with law enforcement anywhere can in some cases trigger the District Attorney's office to reinstate the original charges against you.
In other words, go have a good but safe and easy time.
