Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have acod for marijuana, a charge given at 16. I am now 17 and have been charged with petite larceny only 3 months after I was given it by the court. What is the worst case scenario and can these not go on my record?

The ACOD was not a conviction. The worst that can happen is that it is restored to the calender and you can still fight it. Often the ACOD is not restored with a new arrest.
