Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If im on ACOD and i get few summons (tickets) im 17 years old i dont drive yet so there not driving tickets. will the ACOD effect my court hearring for my tickets? its a town court

It depends if all of the summons/tickets were issued by the same LEA (Law Enforcement Agency) and adjudicated in the same court. If the same court gave you an ACOD and you are charged in the interim period with a misdemeanor, there is a good possibility that the judge will restore your ACOD case to the calendar. In any event, you should consult with a criminal defense lawyer.
