Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am being acused of harrasing someone by sending them online text messages off the internet what should i tell my principal when i didnt do anything, he thinks its me and says he might get the police involved

Well, if you did not do anything, then tell your principal that truth. You should also obtain an attorney and go over with them what sort of proof there is out there that you did do it. You might want to do this even before the police become involved. People can accuse you of anything, but it is up to the prosecution to charge and the court to convict you. If they are passing around FALSE information about you, you might have a slander or libel suit. Discuss this with your attorney also.
