I can't afford my restitution payments, will i go to jail?

My monthly payments are unaffordable for me, will I go to jail?

That depends. Technically the court should not punish you for being impoverished. You must however be trying to pay your restitution. Get to a lawyer before probation violates you. He can get the court to restructure the payments or at least set up a indigency hearing.
