Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

airport&warrant

my friends!!! just found out that there was a warrant for an arrest, and a trip was previously planned to go to New York-will there be a problem at the airport at check-in if the warrant isnt cleared up before the trip? do they have that info. on file?

Yes, he might be arrested. The police have linked up the data-bases.

The warrant must be addressed; and it can be handled without the defendant coming to NYC.

The DA must be contacted and a plea bargain arrangement negotiated. This can be done without the lawyer knowing the location/residence of the defendant.
