Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Alias
I was arrested twice and use the same alias on both occasions. At the time of the arrest I didn't have any identification. If I were to apply for a job using my real name will they be able to find out if I was arrested on the other two charges. I was never arrested with my original name only the alias. How would my employer find out it was me, if he doesn't take finger prints?
