alleged company theft

I am a chef for a non-profit company. I purchase all food, paper chemicals etc.

there is a program through the company we buy from, that according to what items you buy, you accure points. you enter your points on a web site, and you may use your points to purchase items from there catalogue. they give you the option of mailing the purchased items to your business or home address. i purchased things and had them shipped to my home address. my boss found out about it, and wants my to resign and pay resituiton of approx. 200 dollars for these items. did i break any laws what should i do

No one would believe you intended to bring the items to work, so you stole 200 dollars from the company. Yes, that is theft. Hire a lawyer.
