Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Alternate Sanctions for Predicate Felon

I have a case that involves Grand Larceny, Fogery and

stolen property. I am accused of acting in concert, with a person that has allocuted me for a lesser sentence. I am on Supervised Release with the US Probation Dept. I am at the end of my term. This incident occured with me a driver with stolen property in the trunk of a car I was driving. I am a non-violent offender, but I have a Felony Conviction

for Narcotics. I have no options for the prosecutor as far as the statutory sentences for predicate felons in NY State, which are 2-4 years in state prison. Are there any options in leiu of incacerration aside from drug programs that are applicable to me?
