can i appeal

i took a plea to an a misdemeanor and a $160 dollar surcharge the plea was no conditional discharge i later found that there was a CD of 1 year i did'nt agree to this can i appeal

Your question has left me wondering... I'm not sure what youre asking because there are several major mistakes in your logic with regards to this question.

Overall, once yu plea guilty there is nothing to appeal - as there was no court decision, and you actually stated that you were guilty and accepted liability on your own, as opposed to the court finding liability.

CD - Im not exactly sure you understand what a CD is... and regardless of if this were the case and you had gone to trial and this was the final result no judge in hiw right mind would allow you to appeal this case anyway... as the CD is a step in a better direction for you... the Conditional DIscharge means that after one year the case will be sealed from your record, and will be as if it never happened, i can not think of any reason why anyone would NOT want a crime cleared off of their record... nor can i understand why someone would want to appeal such a decisions which is clearly in their favor...
