Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am appealing a case to a student judicial board at the culinary institute of america. The case involves posession of marijuana found in my dorm room. They plan to suspend me for 15 weeks and revoke my campus living. If they revoke my campus living I will no longer be able to attend this college. I need help as to how I should go about presenting my case to the judiciary board.

It would depend on whether they are using a criminal law standard or a different one?Are they more concerned with legal or factual arguments? Look at the school code of conduct for direction.
