Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

How do I apply on behalf of an inmate serving an AB109 state sentence in an LA County jail for a current New York Parole Violation sentence to run concurrent with the present California State Sentence? What form do I request?

{Note: (More info on case): New York has not yet extradited him. He has a hold issued on him from New York, He has not been in trouble in over 5 years accept for not reporting to New York Parole when he found out that I had given birth to his baby here in CA he chose to come here, That is how he violated he simply did not report. He was arrested on a 7 year old (drug related)warrant here in CA , on DEC 29 2012 that is what he is serving the AB109 sentence for. His NY parole is up in August 2013 and his current AB109 CA state sentence release date in LA County is early december 2013.}

Well, his case is complicated, but you should first seek out the advice of a criminal defense attorney in California for this information so please repost in the California section of Law Guru for that answer.

The New York charge will not be an issue until he is extradited back to New York, assuming New York has requested extradition. His New York parole is most likely stayed at the moment and will not be over in August 2013 as he has been violated.
