Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Applying for a Job
My son who is 17 was arrested twice for robbery (he stole a wallet from someone and the second time he was wearing stolen property) He is currently on probation. If he were to apply for a job, does he need to reply ''Yes'' if they ask if he was convicted of a crime?
