Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Help!!!
I have an appointment with the d.a. to explain a robbery 2, which i was indited for. Me being stupid told the police a complete lie while being arrested saying that i was around at the time of the crime. told them that because i was in fear of my life of what would happen in the street. i was also working all day on papers that day. should i tell the D.A. that i had something to do with it still?

I would not advise speaking to the da without an attorney if you need assistancecall us at 2127098303
Re: Help!!!
YOU MUST GET AN ATTORNEY NOW! Do not go and talk to the DA with out an attorney to counsel you through the meeting and attempt to do damage control. Since you already make a false statement you need an attorney to keep any further disasters from happening.
I am available for a consultation and representation of you would like to discuss the matter.
