Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i was aressted for menicing in the thrid degree i went to cout and my girl told the DA that she want the charges dropped and the order of protction lifted however the DA told her hedropp the charge and lift the order of protection if i plea to harrasment i have refused this due to it screw the chance of me getting my record expunged so it now goes to trial what do i do

You need to discuss your case with a criminal defense attorney right away. The court can appoint one for you if you are indigent. The DA made an offer which you refused, so now there will be a trial and you need to be represented and put forth the best defense.
