Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I'm trying to get in the army and a juvenile record is preventing that it was a drug charge 10 years ago I did not plea gulity the judge gave a ACD and stay out of trouble for 6 months but was dismissed is there anyway to change it too just dimissed ?

Under the ACD law, once a charge is dismissed you are placed in the same position you were in before the arrest. In other words the law is supposed to treat the offense as if it never happened. I do not know why you were rejected. I know of no procedure that can change it to a straight dismissal.
