looking for my arrest record
i was arrested once but have two arrests on my record one is not me. how do i find a record of my arrests, then fight the one that shouldn't be on there?

Your arrest record is not public; it's only accessible to law enforcement, such as police, FBI, district attorneys and such.
On the other hand, your conviction reocrd IS accessible to the public, at the county clerk's office in the county where the conviction occurred.
