Re: arrest warrant
You need to find yourself a lawyer fast. It seems that they beat you to the courthouse, and filed criminal charges against you. A felony assault charge is very serious. Your defense is that you were defending yourself, as they came to fight you, on your property.
However, they will say that they just wanted to talk to you and that you threw the first punch.
You must have seriously injured at least one of the complainants to have such a high felony.
Until you retain a lawyer, I would suggest that you not talk to anybody about this for what you say can be used against you. Even the biggest fish in the sea will not get caught if he doesn't open up his mouth.
After you retain a lawyer, he will surrender you to the court, which will look favorably upon your surrender when considering your release from jail.
If you would like to discuss the matter further, please feel free to call.

HIRE AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY! it is imperative to ensure your freedom that you hire an attorney ASAP and begin speaking to the police regarding this matter...
generally, if they have issued a warrant already then you will have to turn yourself in to the authorities, If you were my client would go with you to the precinct, speak with the police officers, have you pushed through the system quickly and in front of a judge ASAP, if you turn yourself in the likelihood of bail being set on the case drops significantly (so long as there is no history of missing court dates or other outstanding warrants in your past)...
If you nip this in the bud IMEMDIATELY this is something that can be controlled to a greater degree and can ensure a better result for you...
