Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was arrested back in 2007 for petty larceny. I was not living in the states at the time. I went before a judge and was dismissed. I now after traveling many time was detained in Canada due to a bench warrant for this incident. I'm not sure about how to proceed to clear up this matter

Something is not right if you think the case was dismissed yet there is a warrant. I suggest that you retain a criminal defense to strengthen this out.
