Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i was arrested and charged for 2 misdemeanors. my case was dismissed and sealed yesterday. i want to join the army but cant do it with 2 misdemeanors. is there any way i can plea guilty to a lesser charge?

Your question is unclear. You stated that the charges were dismissed. If they were dismissed, you should have no criminal record other than your arrest records.
