Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was arrested and charges with Larceny. I was accused of stealing money from the company that I worked for. They submitted sales reports into evidence. Can they use these reports as evidence if they changed the reports to cover up fraud that they were commiting?

that will be an issue in your case. Hopefully your lawyer will be able to show hat the evidence was altered

the evidence is admissable but you can challenge it in cross examination. You must investigate to support your contentions before you examine the witness on the evidence.
