Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was arrested for growing pot 4 plants outside my house, inside the house there was two grow lights not in use or plugged in.the police had no warrant and I let them in they seen the lights and cut the cords. What can I do if anything these lights where never used to grow pot.

Under New York law, if you let them in, they don't need a warrant and they can seize anything in plain view. Considering you were arrested for marijuana possession and a potential conspiracy to distribute charge, they were probably within their rights to seize the lights as either paraphenalia or additional evidence to support an additional felony charge.
If you haven't already done so, you should retain legal counsel immediately and not answer any questions put to you by law enforcement.
Good luck!
