Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I was arrested last night in white plains by my car, after doing some cocaine with one of my friends, I was charged with cpcs 7th, Im a 21 year old male, I have no priors and I go to school, I'm really worried about this showing up on my permanent record for I would like to on day become a teacher, I their anyway it will be reduced to a fine or violation, am I too old to ask for an acod.
