Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Hi, I was arrested on 12/15/09 for possession of a stolen property, what legal action are involved? And do I need a lawyer to represent me in court. Am also a permanent residence for the past 61/2 year, will it affect my status to apple for a citizen. thanks.
