Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was arrested and then released from the station,my case was dropped , i never saw the judge.
For citizenship interview i need the court disposition letter. In my case since i never had to go to the court will they still have this letter or i need something different?

There may be no public record of your arrest; however, I would strongly recommend that you see an attorney so that he can run a full background check and go over your application to make sure that your interview goes smoothly.
