Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was arrested for New York state PL240.20, subdivision 3, and PL205.30 as/per documents titled Infromation/Complaint (Sect 100.05-100.50). $$500.00 bail was paid; on the bail receipt my offenses are listed as; PL205,30 and PL240.30; the difference between PL240.20 subdivision 3 and 240.30 is a violation or a class A misdemeanor, respectively; which should I expect to answer for with when I appear in court?
