can someone answer these?'s what charges and sentence can a owner of a properity be given ? the properity that the person who set the fire was a barn not used and said that the owner (was) going to pay him to do it, and other properitys where damaged from the fire?and there was no insurence?what is the worst and best deals can the owner expect?

The best is a dismissal and the worst is a conviction for a felony with upstate jail sentence up to 7 years.
