Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
arson 3rd nys
if a 3 people plain to burns down a unused barn and at the last min. 2 decide not to but know the third is still going to do it and does can they be charged?and if the owner tells the one who does burn it down (that he the owner wants the barn knock down but doesn't sy how , can the owner be charged too for arson.
