arson in the 3rd
a owner of a properity is arrested for arson in the 3rd but another person set the fire and said the owner wanted him to do it. so can the owner be convicted on arson in the 3rd or just a lower charge or none at all

Both the owner and the person who set the fire can be prosecuted together.
However, there must be something more to be convicted than the testimony of a co-defendant.
