assault

i was assaulted and i didn't report the incident but recieved a scar across my nose with stitches. do i still have a case?

Yes you should consult an attorney immediately and you should take pictures of the scar as it heals.

Finally your case is better if you have witnesses to the assault. Be sure to let the attorney know if they exsist.
