Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

assualt third

i was asualted and defended my self since i was able to take care of my self and this other guy has a black and blue head i was arrested now this all took place on my property in my driveway now i also just had back surgery where they put titanium rods and a steel cage in my back because i broke my back any ways this guy says i beat him through a window which is a lie but what i am so angry with is he asualts me i put him back in his car i get charged and aressted he gets nothing on top of all that i called the cops 4-6 hours before it happen to keep this guy off my property because he keep driving all over my law among other things for over a year

You should have countercharged him. You need to retain an experienced criminal defense attorney to untangle this mess. You face possible jail,fine and restitution{as well as civil penalties}.You do have some defenses such as slf defense and protection of family and property.
