three boys got locked up for a shooting that happen in front on the builing the boy that got shoot did not die all three boys are locked up

attempted murder, is obviously a major charge. Anyone charged as an accoplice can be charged just as the person who actually did the shooting... as such it is possible to legally charge three people for shooting one gun, which of course makes no logical sense.
