do attorneys have access to client's bank account information

The only two ways in which your lawyer can access your bank account information are (1) with your permission or (2) with a subpoena.
We may ask for a credit- or debit-card number to charge expenses and fees related to your case to, and we can keep a record of that credit-card information.
