Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

a bad feeling

Hi, I am refinancing on a co-op apt that I own. The bank required me to get paperwork from the Managing agent of my building. I spoke with a woman briefly a few times, and met her once to get my paperwork in person. Shortly after that she began calling me at home with an urgent tone asking me to call her at home. I had a bad feeling about this. When I called her back she used a creepy tone with me and gave me a series of hard luck stories about her life. She also asked me to give her three thousand dollars, that it was urgently necessary. I told her I did not have 3K, that was why I was refinancing my home. She has continued to call my cell phone and leave me messages stating ''could I please ask someone in my family for the money''. I do not know this woman and met her only once. She has called me four times, and now im ignoring her. Im scared. She has access to my personal information on file. Also, I fear she has mental problems because I think its unethical for her to ask me for money just because she knows my personal business that I am taking out a loan. I dont want to get her in trouble, but I worry she might get out of control and do harm to me with my personal information. I would really appreciate your thoughts and advice.
