can bail be reduced?
My friend has been arrested for sale of controlled substance in the 3rd degree. He had a prior offense and now bail is set at 20K. Can this be reduced?

Generally bail is set at the arraignment and any time past that
Requires a change in circumstances. This change could be a reduction
In the charges or something along those lines... Then a bail
