Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I bailed my business partner from jail approximately 2 monthes ago. arrested for, resisting arrest and disordeely conduct, these charges are still pending. He was arrested again for harrasment 2nd degree and sits in jail now this hjas all happened in the same town/same judge. We area inthe New york state I refuse to bail him out again and am going to buy his share of the business or get myself out and start A sole prop. My question being what is the most likely outcome for him being he is out on bail and arrested for similar charges. I understand it is up to the judge. But what type of sentence is he looking at and is there laws pertaining to this type of situation.

This all depends on his prior record, if any, also as you state on the situation involved. It would not be good for him to have commited an offense while out on bail so he will probably definitely not get these dismissed unless there is absolutely no evidence against him. He could easily get some jail time and a fine, but once again that is not definite.
