Bailing myself out with someone else's house
What do i need to bail myself out withsomeone else's house. can I bring in the deed myself or do they need to bring it in themselves?

You need them to bail you out. They must come with a deed to the bail bondsman or to the courthouse (federal) and sign all the necessary paperwork.
