Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Bench Warrants
If--name removed--bench warrant was put out on me for not appearing in family court and I no longer live in that state. What are the consequences of that action? If i'm in another state will there be any conquences from this action? If there is--name removed--legitimate reason that I was unable to attend court -will the bench warrant be excused?

The warrant will be in a database available in every state. If you get pulled over you will be arrestd and sent back. If you havea good reason you should contact a alwyer in that state abd try to get it lifted without going to jail.
