Do you have a title? When it comes to an automobile transaction, possessing a valid legal title to the vehicle is the most important thing.
For prospective car buyers, always ask to see the title and make sure the numbers match the number on the vehicle registration card and vehicle itself.
If you never received a valid title to the car, you didn't buy anything except a piece of paper with a bogus contract and phone number.
