Bounced Check and Grand Larceny Charge
I am looking for an attorney to represent my father in this case, I need a lawyer to provide a strong defense, and someone with experience in this matter. Grand larceny is a felony and therefore resolution may prove more difficult than you perceived. Without knowing what stage in the criminal justice process the case is in ,it is impossible to evaluate. Was your father already indicted? I am a former Assistant DA and Special Assistant US Attorney. I have handled bounced check cases before. One critical issue is whether the check was bounced by accident or whether it was done on purpose. In my last case, the client wrote a check on an account he knew was closed, which was much harder to defend. Please feel free to contact me.
