Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I and my boyfrien were in the park, my boyfriend had container of beer ir the paper bag, and the police oficer came and gave ticket for us, for him that he was drinking, for me that was open container. But there was just one container next to my boyfriend. Police oficer gave me two ticket, First was: open container in the public park, second: posses open container in the public park. They were asking our ID but we gave them just T-MOBILE bill with our name and adress,, police offiser just gave us tickets, and thats it. We send checks, but they return back, they did not accept. How I can fix it? How much is atorneys representative fee
