Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My boyfriend was arrested today for a 2nd parole violation. He was upstate for 7 years. He was originally given 12. His last violation was for a dwi for which they sent him back for 1 year. This violation is for driving I think when he wasn't supposed to. I am unfamiliar with the laws on violations. How long will he be gone for?
