Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

my boyfriend is facing a parole violation charge, for police contact after he threatened his ex girlfriend via text message and was charged with aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree. He also has a curfew violation that can't be proven because no one actually saw him out past his curfew. The 2nd degree agravated harassment charge he should beat, because we have proof that she was harassing us first. What I am worried about is the violation for police contact. They arrested him about a week ago, and his court date is tomorrow and a final hearing on June 22, 2010. I was just wondering do you thinnk he will have to serve more time in jail for this?

I think he will. If he has a cell telephone they can determine where his telephone was at the times he's charged with being out past the curfew. If he lies about being home that would be perjury as well.
