Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

My boyfriend was in jail for 3 months for a dwi charge he was on probation at the time he got arrested for domestic violence and he was told if he did the 3months that everything would be dropped including probation he was let out after 65 days and he got charged for violating probation when he was in jail then he missed his court date and went for a warrant recall and they locked him up with a $ 5,ooo bail and he has court tommrow what should he do
