Do you remember whether you were in criminal court or family court?

Do you remember if you were adjudicated a juvinal or possibly a youthful offender or as an adult.

if you were a juvinal or youthful offender then your record is sealed and you should not have any problem. If you were an adult you can have an attorney request a cerfificate of relief from civil disabilities. This can only be granted by a judge and after the sentensing date, is more difficult but not impossible to obtain. This document will remove all governmental barriers but not employer barriers.
