i was with my brother in an abandon building and they charged us burglary 2nd degree how do i get r.o and defend myself i have never been in trouble before

An abandoned building is still owned by someone, so if your intention was to enter and take something it is a burglary if the owner comes forward and signs a complaint. It sounds like a case that could end up as a misdemeanor trespass.
