Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
My brother has probation in new york for 18 month's. Is it possible to get permission to go live somewhere else outside on the united states ?

It's unlikely. Your brother should ask his PO if he can terminate his probation early. The sentencing judge will have to agree to it. Check out my site. You may find some useful information. www.villanuevalaw.com
